Health Strategy & Innovation
We partner with healthcare organizations and health tech companies to design, implement, and scale strategies that transform the way care is delivered.
What we do
What we do
01
Guiding health organizations through market entry, digital transformation, growth strategy, and investment decisions — with grounded, expert-led advisory.
02
Architecting care delivery models, clinical workflows, and health tech infrastructure that actually work in practice.
03
Bridging the gap between the potential of AI and the reality in healthcare – translating technology into clinical workflows without displacing the clinician.
04
Helping health tech companies bring evidence-based solutions to market — from concept to commercialization.
05
Working with investors and acquirers active in health tech — providing clinical and commercial due diligence, target evaluation, and co-investing alongside like-minded partners.
AI in Healthcare
Most healthcare organizations know AI is coming. Few know where to start, and even fewer have the internal capacity to move from awareness to action. The gap isn't technical. It's strategic and organizational.
We work with health organizations to identify where AI genuinely shifts value in their context and where it doesn't. This most often does not start in the hospital but in the operations that surround it: the administrative and financial workflows where AI can reduce costs, recover revenue, and free clinical staff to do what only they can do.
We help organizations redesign how work actually gets done: not by layering AI onto existing processes, but by rethinking those processes around what is possible through AI today. And when clinical applications are ready, we ensure they are adopted in a way that augments clinical judgment rather than bypasses it.
We map your operations to identify the highest-leverage opportunities: where AI creates measurable value fastest, and where it requires more runway.
We lead the organizational and process redesign that turns AI from a pilot into a structural change; with the people, governance, and workflows to sustain it.
Beyond separate tools, we help health organizations evolve their operating model, by aligning structure, talent, and decision-making within a sector being fundamentally reshaped.
Our approach
We don't hand over a strategy document and leave. We walk with you from the first conversation through real-world implementation.
We begin by listening deeply. Every engagement starts with an honest diagnostic of your organization's context, constraints, and opportunities, before any solution is proposed.
We co-create strategies and systems tailored to your realities: clinically grounded, technically feasible, and commercially viable. No off-the-shelf templates.
We stay through execution. Our team works alongside yours to operationalize solutions — navigating the inevitable friction of real-world deployment with you, not from the sidelines.
Once proven, we help you scale what works — refining models, expanding reach, and building the internal capabilities your organization needs to grow independently.

M.D., M.Sc., FACCP · Cardiothoracic Radiology, Yale University
Cardiothoracic Radiologist trained at Yale University, with clinical and operational experience across the United States and Latin America. Holds a Master's in Economics alongside his medical degree — a combination that has defined his approach: rigorous clinical thinking applied to the economics and architecture of health systems. FACCP. Early in his career, Andrés was among the first voices in the region to articulate the transformative potential of technologies then considered peripheral to healthcare — blockchain, teleradiology, artificial intelligence — long before institutional adoption made them mainstream. He went on to design and lead Latin America's first venture client model in healthcare, a structural innovation that redefined how large health organizations engage with early-stage technology companies. His work spans both sides of the Americas: building clinical infrastructure, launching health ventures, and advising organizations navigating the convergence of medicine, technology, and capital.
LinkedInTrack record
Co-designed Latin America's first blockchain-based COVID-19 vaccination passport, adopted by the Colombian government as the country's official immunization certificate — processing over 30 million transactions. The first initiative of its kind in the region, subsequently recognized by IATA and evaluated for integration with the EU's Greenpass system.
Structured and launched the first venture client model in Latin American healthcare — a framework that connects large health organizations with early-stage startups to co-develop, pilot, and scale solutions inside the corporate environment, eliminating the gap between innovation labs and clinical operations.
Built and spun off a fully digital hospital-at-home service from one of Latin America's largest healthcare companies — delivering acute inpatient-level care in the patient's home through technology, remote monitoring, and coordinated clinical teams. A model that redefined what hospital care can look like outside four walls.
